3V Partners is pleased to have served as the Exclusive Financial Advisor to Sunshine Homes Development JSC in securing USD 100 million foreign loan, supporting the company's efforts to reinforce its financial position and advance its growth strategy. The transaction was successfully closed on October 30, 2026. This marks the first USD loan for Sunshine Homes, a significant milestone for the company.
Established in March 2015, Sunshine Homes specializes in real estate investment and development, with strategic focus in the prime areas of Hanoi, Vietnam. The Company’s parent SunShine Group (HNX: KSF) is one of the largest real estate companies in Vietnam, recently announced at Top 2 tax payer among private companies.
The financing was provided by Cargill Financial Services International, Inc., a member of Cargill, Inc - the world’s largest agriculture & food company with revenue of USD 164 billion in fiscal year 2026.
